With a degree in Management with a minor in Marketing from Mount Royal, he has a vast range of experience from sales and marketing, and has evened owned his own contracting company.
Exhibitor Tip: Think about traffic flow within your booth. We put a lot of thought into traffic flow within the show but if the visitors can't flow through your booth at the show then your potential impact is decreased. Have lanes and clear paths to entice visitors into your booth so you can engage them.

We get lots of feedback that attendees have decided not to buy from a particular exhibitor because the person working the booth was on their cell phone or wasn't helpful. Micheline Picot assists with the operations of the two Calgary Shows as well as the Edmonton Show. She is responsible for updating the show websites and coordinating the execution of the many promotional contests at the show. She also handles many of the administrative tasks to help the shows run as smoothly as possible. Prior to joining the team, Micheline spent her time in the Land Development industry, after earning her History degree in the East Coast.

Jenn Tait supports the sales team and overall coordination of the two Calgary shows as well as the Edmonton show. Before completing her Event Management Certificate at Mount Royal University, Jenn majored in marketing at Red River College. Jenn grew up in Winnipeg but now happily considers herself a Calgarian and feels at home in this city.
Design Tip: If you want to make a room look bigger, use mirrors -they give you an illusion of more space! Also try installing your picture frames on eye level - putting them high on the wall makes your ceiling seem lower…aside from the fact that people will have to gaze up to look at your picture.

Before Marketplace Lauren worked in both the Healthcare and Restaurant industries. Originally from Victoria, Lauren received a Diploma in Business Administration from Camosun College, but having been in Calgary since 2007, she has also completed her degree in Lingustics and Language at the University of Calgary.
Design Tip:
Clock ticking slowly at work...? If you are thinking of changing wall colour at your work or office space, consider green. Green spaces make time seem to move faster, this is why on stage sets, the waiting room is often referred to as "the green room".
